Accommodation for participants of the ICMFS2018 will be available in apartments within the Porter college on the campus of UC Santa Cruz. Participants of the ICMFS2018 are encouraged to choose housing on campus during the ICMFS2018.
The registration process and collection of registration and housing fees for the ICMFS2018 are handled by the UCSC Conference Services Department.

You will be required to create an IRIS account and then select “ICMFS2018” as the registration code for the ICMFS2018 to begin the registration process.
Housing Fees:
Housing on campus includes 3 meals per day and a parking permit on campus. Commuters, who are not staying on campus, need to purchase separately parking permits and meals.
Apartments include: standard linen service (sheets, blankets, towels, wash cloths, pillow and pillow case), Desk lamp, common area and shared bathrooms. Only kitchen refrigerator is operational.
*Kitchen does not contain any pots/dishes/etc and stove is offline over the summer due to UCSC’s safety policy.
- Single room (incl 3 meals/day): $135/night
- Double room (incl 3 meals/day): $120/night/person.
*Double room is a shared room with another individual. If you have a preference for a roommate, please list in your registration. If no preference is made, a roommate of the same gender will randomly be assigned.
Campus Housing Deadline: July 9, 2018
* After July 9th, campus housing cannot be guaranteed.
